# Share Dashboard

Sharing your dashboard enhances team collaboration by allowing all members to have access to consistent and up-to-date data visualizations. 

* You can share any dashboard by selecting the share button on the top right of the dashboard tab.

* A pop-up open for you to edit the settings of this dashboard:
  * Change the name
  * Adjust the frequency of automatic refreshing&#x20;
  * Privacy Setting: you can set it as "team" or "personal"
  * Toggle to generate a sharable link to share this dashboard
    * Another toggle to set a password protected to allow people within or outside your organization to also track metrics.&#x20;

Sharing a dashboard only provides for viewing the current graphs on the dashboard. In order to invite collaborators to edit or add tables and graphs, [invite team members](https://docs.athenic.com/collaboration-and-management/managing-teams-and-accounts) by upgrading your seat number or plan type.
