How to integrate with Email Marketing Apps

Athenic AI integrates with Mailchimp and Klaviyo to simplify your eCommerce marketing campaigns so you can strategize discount strategies, send newsletters, promos, and more to different customers.

Setting up

To connect to Mailchimp or Klaviyo click on the "Data Sources" tab.

Click on the dropdown button to see the Mailchimp and Klaviyo integration buttons.

Click on the button of the connector you would like to integrate with.

For Mailchimp

To connect Mailchimp, you will need the API Key from your Mailchimp account. This can be found by clicking on the profile icon on your Mailchimp account. Click here on more information on getting Mailchimp API Keys.

Click on the "extras" dropdown and choose "API Keys".

Copy and paste your API key for Athenic to connect.

Make sure to name this data source for your internal reference.

Click the "connect" button to successfully integrate to Mailchimp.

For Klaviyo

To connect with Klaviyo, you will nee the ComapnyID, SiteID, or Private API Key. You will also need a public API key. Click here on more information on getting Klaviyo API Keys.

To find the API keys, login into you Klaviyo account. Select the account dropdown on the top right hand side of the page. Click "setting" and click on "API keys".

Copy and paste the information to Athenic.

Make sure to name this data source for your internal reference.

Click the "connect" button to successfully integrate to Klaviyo.

Application

Once you have connected to Mailchimp or Klaviyo, the respective buttons will be activated. Ask customer segmentation questions to start launching email campaigns and send promotions to your customers.
